At Outdoors Undead, every item is made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Wrong size selected
• Change of mind
• Items ordered as gifts

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue.
